Because our jewelry is hand-made and the POSH Mommy signature font has its own style, the lettering on the pendants may not be perfectly straight or spaced. We consider this part of the uniqueness of our jewelry. We portray our necklaces as accurately as possible on this website by including photos and descriptions of every item. Please carefully review the descriptions of the pendant before ordering, as we cannot accept returns based on issues with size or thickness. In addition, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings. Colors of stones can also differ depending on your settings. Because these variations are out of our control, we do not accept returns based on size or color issues. Once an order is placed we cannot promise email updates, changes or cancellations will be caught in time. Please be sure you call us with questions prior to placing your order.
Your order will arrive with a return label. If we made a mistake or you wish to change something like a chain, spacer, etc you can call us to obtain a return authorization number to return the product. NO ORDER WILL BE CHANGED OR REFUNDED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, and the item will be returned at your expense if it is sent back without authorization.
We sell high quality .925 sterling silver and 14K chains. They withstand most normal wear and tear and are warrantied for 6 months from purchase.
Birthstones are warrantied for 18 months from purchase, and will be replaced if lost after that for a small fee.
Our pendants blackening can last forever if cared for correctly. Do not use silver cleaner, polish or lotions on silver pendants. If you feel we made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will promptly do our best to correct the issue. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from POSH Mommy. Due to the fact that our personalized pendants are custom made and cannot be re-sold, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. If a return is accepted for store credit or exchange, it may still be subject to a handling and recycling fee. Rush fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Upon checkout, you will be given the option to pay securely using a credit card or through PayPal. Checks are also accepted, but may delay the processing time of your order.
We collect sales tax for shipments delivered in Illinois. IL purchases are taxed at a rate of 9.25%.
