*$35.00 + 9.95 shipping
*We will clean, polish, re-blacken and/or re-plate if needed any POSH mommy piece
*Simply package and ship to POSH and we will return your original piece "almost as good as new"
*If you have a sentimental value to your piece and want to keep any of the beauty marks your POSH piece has received over time, we recommend not sending it in for refurbishing
*Some beauty marks may not be removed during the refurbishing process
*Please include the order number in with your item when you mail it so it can be easily partnered with the order details
*A customer service representative will call you after placing your order to determine your refurbishing needs
*We will refurbish how the original piece was made, we will not modify the piece by adding engravings or stones to the front or back

*Please contact customer service if you wish to purchase a stone and have your local jeweler reset it
*Multi-part POSH pieces will incur additional costs such as 2 or more discs or tags, or Loop Combos
*You may choose to send in at least 4 POSH pieces 
*Please do not send in your chain. If you have broken parts or components such as chains and clasps are not part of refurbishing and will incur additional costs if requested to be replaced. Original parts may NOT be available and may be replaced with similar parts. We do our best to match new parts as close as we can to the original. These parts and assembly are final sale. If your piece has any broken components and you would like them replaced, contact us at customerservice@poshmommyjewelry.com in advance of shipping your piece to us, otherwise we will not replace any broken components.
*Refurbishing blackout dates: Pieces will not be accepted at headquarters for refurbishing during these times. We will ship the package back to you. Christmas November 6 - January 15 and Mother's Day March 31 - May 31. With the increase in order volume we are not equipped to handle refurbishing orders during peak seasons.
