Retailer Policies

Orders: There are no order minimums.
Displays: The POSH displays contains a handmade in-case wooden display with 6 or 15 plated sterling sliver necklaces.
Payment Terms: All orders must be pre-paid. We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express and Master Card
Freight Terms: All orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. International orders ship FedEX International. Expedited shipping is available.
Returns: If there is an issue with your order, please contact POSH Mommy immediately. All sales are final however our mistakes will be remedied.
Intellectual Property: POSH Mommy requires prior written consent before use of any mark or image by a non-authorized dealer. No images may be used for any reason without prior written consent. However, current and active POSH Mommy retailers through www.poshmommyjewelry.com are welcome to share images and videos through POSH Mommy's official social media platforms.
Online Sales: POSH Mommy does not authorize the sale of our merchandise via eBay, Amazon or any site other than your site which has been approved.
