Your satisfaction is very important to us

Because our jewelry is hand-made and the POSH Mommy signature font has its own style, the lettering on the pendants may not be perfectly straight or spaced. We consider this part of the uniqueness of our jewelry. We portray our necklaces as accurately as possible on this website by including photos and descriptions of every item. Please carefully review the descriptions of the pendant before ordering, as we cannot accept returns based on issues with size or thickness. In addition, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings. Colors of stones can also differ depending on your settings. Because these variations are out of our control, we do not accept returns based on size or color issues. Once an order is placed we cannot promise email updates, changes or cancellations will be caught in time. Please be sure you call us with questions prior to placing your order.


If we made a mistake or you wish to change something like a chain, spacer, etc you can call us to obtain a return authorization number to return the product. NO ORDER WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, and the item will be returned at your expense if it is sent back without authorization.


We sell high quality .925 sterling silver (white, yellow, rose), 10K (white and yellow) 14K (white, yellow, rose) chains. They withstand most normal wear and tear and are warrantied for 6 months from purchase. We recommend you not sleeping, exercising, or swimming in the product to prolong its life. 


Birthstones are warrantied for 12 months from purchase for any pieces purchased from our website. They will be replaced if lost after that for a small fee. Learn more about our birthstones here.

Our pendants blackening can last forever if cared for correctly. Do not use silver cleaner, polish or lotions on silver pendants. We guarantee the blackening for 1 year, after which time we will refurbish for a small fee. 

We would like to think we are flawless but we are human and occassionally make mistakes. If you find that we made your piece different than from your orignial order (i.e. misspelling, wrong metal, etc.) please let us know immediately (within 30 days after it has shipped) and we will make it right. Please contact customerservice@poshmommyjewelry.com to report an error with your piece and attach a few photos. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from POSH Mommy. Due to the fact that our personalized pendants are custom made and cannot be re-sold, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. If a return is accepted for store credit or exchange, it may still be subject to a handling and recycling fee. Custom design, rush fees and/or shipping fees are non-refundable.

POSH pieces purchased at various timeframes may slightly differ in appearance. We try our best to stay true to our beginnings but some changes will happen due to customer feedback, cost, manufacturing process & technology, inventory etc. We are always looking at improving our product to keep costs low and still deliver high quality. If you would like to inquire about matching your older piece please contact us before placing an order (additional costs may incur).


Package Theft and Shipping

We hate that we have to address this but unfortunately, we recently have had one of our POSH Mommies become a victim of package theft. First time in the 10+ years we have been in business. We too have been victims of package theft from our property. So, due to the increase of package pirates, you are responsible for making sure you do not become victims of package theft from your mailbox or property. We recommend that you ship to a business address where someone will be available to accept your package if necessary. You are responsible for reaching out prior to purchase for signature required packages. In the case that you are a victim of package theft after your package has been delivered, we recommend that you file a police report and notify your local USPS or UPS office. We can make a claim to the shipping party on your behalf but please note, we will not replace your item until the claim is approved. A claim could take up to 3 weeks to be reviewed and is not guaranteed to be approved. Package theft is unfortunate, and we sympathize with those that are victims. We will work with our POSH Mommies as best as we can to help replace, recover and/or make a claim. Standard Shipping is USPS 2 Day Standard Priority and you can add signature required for an additional fee, please email us immediately after order placement to add signature required.  

Store Locator 

If you are interested in purchasing POSH Mommy from your local jeweler we invite them to carry POSH Mommy if they are not already doing so. Please visit our store locator webpage to find a store near you.


We do not accept exchanges or returns on personalized pieces. Chains we can exchange. Chain exchanges have to be authorized by us. Please contact us prior to shipping your chain back to us. We can exchange chains as long as the chain is returned to us by you in a trackable and insured package. A $9.99 shipping fee and price differences for other chains will be charged/credited accordingly. You must provide us with the tracking number of your chain shipping back to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the chain for exchange back to us in a timely manner, exchanges outside of 30 days of order ship date are not accepted. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages. Fees will be charged at the time of the receipt of your original chain. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and shipping of your new chain.

Purchases Made Outside of www.poshmommyjewelry.com

If you purchase official POSH Mommy pieces from a jeweler and are unhappy with your purchase, please share your concerns with your jeweler or supplier and encourage them to contact us. To maintain the relationship with our jewelers/suppliers and theirs to you as a customer, it is important to us and your jeweler that you share your concerns with them. We will do our best to help but please reach out to your jeweler with your concerns and tell them they can contact us directly for a possible resolution. We will NOT contact any jeweler or supplier on your behalf as they will not provide us any information about their customers due to their own privacy policies.  Please note: we have our MSRPs for our brand posted on the site and jewelers may choose to follow these prices or not. They also may choose to extend offers to their customers. We cannot control the actions of a jeweler especially their prices. We will not offer refunds or credits on price discrepancies between prices posted on our website and what you pay to your jeweler. 


Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for shipments delivered in Illinois. IL purchases are taxed at a rate of 10.25%.
